What You'll Bring – Required Skills:
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, including ICU and Emergency Department settings
NICU experience preferred
Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system
Valid Respiratory Therapy license in Louisiana (must be in hand)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RRT
Ability to accept travel assignments as a first-time traveler
Flexibility to work every other weekend
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:
Additional neurodiagnostic experience
Familiarity with advanced respiratory therapies and neuro diagnostics tools
Experience with hospital workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy or related field
At least two years of critical care experience, emphasizing ICU and ED
Other Requirements:
Night shift scheduling (3x12-hour shifts from 18:30 to 07:00)
No on-call responsibilities
Valid Louisiana license at the time of assignment
Willingness to travel; first-time travelers accepted
Compensation at $52.26 per hour
Reliable availability for scheduled shifts and adherence to hospital policies
Travel reimbursements and licensure/certification reimbursements as applicable
