Join Our Team as an RRT Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics and Make a Difference
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist with expertise in Neuro Diagnostics to join our dynamic healthcare team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care in a fast-paced environment, working with advanced ventilation equipment and neuro diagnostic tools. Required Skills:
Valid RRT Certification and active state license
Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience, including neuro diagnostics preferred
Proficiency in operating GE ventilators and other respiratory equipment
Experience with Epic electronic health records system
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Nice to Have Skills:
Previous travel experience in healthcare settings
Additional certifications in neuro diagnostics or related fields
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related health sciences
Two or more years of clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist
Experience working with ventilated patients, particularly with GE ventilators
Knowledge of neuro diagnostic procedures and equipment
Other Requirements:
Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30), including some weekends and holidays
Full holiday availability, with no RTO requests on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
Must be willing to work 3x12-hour night shifts and accommodate shift rotations
Ability to travel if required and meet reimbursement criteria
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $55.90
