Join Our Team as an RRT-NICU Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialist

Required Skills:
Active RRT and/or CRT certification
Valid Louisiana State License
Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
EPIC electronic medical records experience
Strong knowledge of neonatal respiratory care and neuro diagnostic procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
First-time applicants accepted, with a welcoming attitude toward new professionals
Nice to Have Skills:
ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
NICU experience preferred
Experience with advanced neuro diagnostic equipment
BLS certification
Prior experience working night shifts in a hospital setting
Preferred Education and Experience:
Certified Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or CRT credential
Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy, Nursing, or related healthcare field
At least 2 years of hospital-based experience, particularly in NICU or neuro diagnostics
Other Requirements:
Night shift availability: 4x12-hour shifts (18:30 - 06:30)
Every other weekend and holiday rotations
Willingness to comply with hospital policies and Continuing Education requirements
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
