What You’ll Do
Conduct in-home respiratory assessments and provide therapy support
Set up, monitor, and educate patients on respiratory equipment including ventilators and non-invasive devices
Educate patients on apparatus maintenance, compliance, and therapy benefits
Adjust ventilator settings based on patient assessments and protocols
Document patient visits and care activities accurately
Support patient follow-up and ongoing respiratory care
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
Valid license in Arizona (as required by state law)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (preferred) or equivalent credential
Experience in respiratory care, home health, or clinical setting preferred
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and manage travel across Gila and Navajo counties
Reliable personal vehicle for patient visits (mileage reimbursement provided)
Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
