Join Our Team as an RNFA Registered Nurse – Make a Difference in Surgical Care
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with specialized experience in surgical procedures? We are seeking a highly skilled RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) to provide exceptional perioperative care, supporting complex surgeries such as liver transplants and beyond. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in good standing
Certified as CSTFA or NFSA, with current BLS certification
Minimum of 5 years of Surgical Tech First Assist (STFA) experience
Liver transplant experience with a skills proficiency rating of 3 or 4 out of 4
Ability to scrub into various surgeries as needed
Strong clinical skills in perioperative nursing and surgical support
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
Ability to adapt to high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with emergency or relief teams in perioperative settings
Prior exposure to multi-disciplinary surgical teams
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Ability to assist with or navigate surgical equipment and instrumentation
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
At least 5 years of OR nursing and surgical assisting experience, with a focus on transplant surgeries
Proven track record in high-complexity surgical environments
Other Requirements:
Willingness to be part of emergency response teams, including potential assignments to relief or contingency roles
Must be comfortable reporting as assigned during emergency events
No first-time travelers accepted for this position
Availability for day shift: 5x8-hour shifts from 06:15 to 14:45, starting 04/13/2026
