Experience: Minimum 2+ years of PACU nursing experience
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide safe, effective nursing care to postoperative patients in the PACU
Assess patient condition and implement appropriate interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on post-procedure care and recovery processes
Follow established protocols and guidelines adhering to hospital policies and standards of care
Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately
Support best practices and continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Louisiana
2+ years PACU experience
BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI certifications from the American Heart Association/Crisis Prevention Institute
Proficiency with clinical systems and documentation software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
Certification in clinical specialty areas
