Pay rate: $61.10 per hour

What You’ll Do
Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room setting using nursing best practices and standards
Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans for surgical patients
Support the surgical team by preparing and handling surgical instruments and supplies
Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
Document clinical information accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control policies
Support and educate patients and family members about pre- and post-operative care
What You Need
Required:
Current RN License in Louisiana
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience working in an operating room environment
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50+ pounds) and work in a physical setting involving patient contact and on-the-floor duties
Preferred:
Prior surgical or OR nursing experience
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
