Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements (if applicable)
What You’ll Do
Provide skilled nursing care to neonatal patients within the NICU
Use the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, and intervention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Educate families regarding neonatal care and discharge planning
Document care activities accurately and timely
Manage resources and communicate effectively within your team
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies
What You Need
Required:
Current Louisiana RN license
BLS certification
NRP certification
2+ years NICU experience
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Specialization certification in neonatal care
Strong organizational and communication skills
