What You’ll Do:
Deliver patient-centric care utilizing nursing processes within legal and ethical standards
Assess patient needs, implement and coordinate care plans
Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments
Delegate tasks effectively and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Utilize clinical data to evaluate and optimize patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with regulations and safety standards
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and professionalism in all interactions
What You Need:
Valid Louisiana RN license and current BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
