What You’ll Do
Provide expert nursing care utilizing the nursing process within relevant regulatory standards
Assess patient needs, educate families, and adapt care plans accordingly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary staff
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with health standards
Exhibit professional responsibility and uphold company nursing philosophy
Adapt care strategies to meet diverse patient populations
What You Need
Required:
Current Florida RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Proficiency with computers and electronic health records
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to exercise good judgment in clinical settings
Preferred:
Certification in a clinical specialty
