Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience, Epic documentation experience
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality patient care in an ICU setting, adapting to diverse patient populations with professionalism and compassion
Effectively use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Communicate clearly and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Document patient data accurately using Epic and other systems
Educate patients and their families about treatments and care plans
Promote a safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
What You Need
Required:
Current Louisiana RN license
BLS, ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
CPI certification (12-month Blue Card)
2+ years ICU RN experience
Proficiency in Epic documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Certification in clinical specialty areas
