License/Certs: Current RN License in Louisiana, BLS, ACLS, NIH Certification (required)
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse, ICU experience, EPIC documentation

Pay rate: $54.31/hour

What You’ll Do
Deliver high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
Utilize the Nursing Process for patient assessments, planning, and interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Document patient information accurately using EPIC electronic health records
Adapt care based on patient needs, respecting privacy and safety guidelines
Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up procedures
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Current RN license in Louisiana
2+ years of ICU nursing experience
Valid BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
NIH certification (preferred)
Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
