Hours/week: 36-40 hours (full-time)

Licenses/Certifications: Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification required

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, adhering to hospital protocols and standards
Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans using the Nursing Process
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Demonstrate leadership by managing nursing resources and delegating tasks appropriately
Document patient progress accurately using Epic and other electronic health records
Educate patients and families about their conditions and post-discharge care
Follow safety protocols to minimize occupational risks, including exposure to blood and body fluids
What You Need
Valid RN license in Louisiana or the state of practice
Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience, with Epic documentation proficiency preferred
Current BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including heavy work activities and exposure to infectious materials
