Licenses/Certs: Current RN License in Louisiana, BLS, ACLS, CPI (Blue Card)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience, Epic documentation proficiency
Travel & Reimbursements: Travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality ICU patient care, adhering to hospital protocols and standards
Assess patient conditions and implement individualized care plans
Effectively use the Nursing Process to deliver optimal patient outcomes
Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork within an interdisciplinary team
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and post-discharge care
Document accurately in Epic and other systems
Maintain safety, privacy, and infection control standards at all times
What You Need
Required:
Current Louisiana RN License
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
CPI certification (Blue Card)
At least 2 years of recent ICU experience
Proficiency in Epic documentation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or higher
Additional certifications in clinical specialty areas
