What You’ll Do
Provide specialized, high-quality nursing care to ICU patients
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions using the Nursing Process
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Document patient data accurately in EPIC electronic health records
Educate patients and families about treatments and procedures
Manage and delegate nursing responsibilities to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain infection control and safety protocols in a high-acuity environment
What You Need
Current RN license in Mississippi
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, CPI certifications
Proficiency in EPIC documentation and computer skills
Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or specialized ICU certifications
