What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care tailored to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate teaching and care strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure safety
Use the nursing process to monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress
Ensure adherence to facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members
Perform other related duties as assigned to support optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
Current Louisiana RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Prior experience in perioperative, endoscopy, or similar setting preferred
Proficiency with clinical documentation and computer systems
Preferred:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing
Certification in clinical specialty area
