What You’ll Do:
Deliver safe and effective patient care in the endoscopy department
Assess patient needs and assist with procedures involving endoscopic treatments
Use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care strategies
Communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families about procedures and post-care instructions
Document care activities accurately using electronic health records
Support quality improvement initiatives and promote patient satisfaction
What You Need:
Active RN license in Louisiana
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Prior experience in endoscopy, gastroenterology, or a similar specialty preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations and work effectively in a team
