Experience: Previous experience in Endoscopy or related specialty preferred
Pay & Benefits:
Pay rate: $57.71/hour
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What You’ll Do:
Deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process within the Endoscopy unit
Assess patient learning needs and implement effective teaching strategies
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Properly delegate and manage resources, serving as a team leader when appropriate
Use data and clinical knowledge to evaluate and promote patient outcomes
Uphold patient privacy and adapt communication styles for diverse patient populations
Perform related duties to support unit operations and patient care excellence
What You Need:
Required: Current Louisiana RN license, BLS, ACLS certifications
Preferred: Experience in Endoscopy or related specialty area, additional certifications in clinical specialties
Skills: Proficiency with computers, strong communication, organizational capabilities, and professionalism
