Shift: Mid Shift, 12-Hour
Hours per week: 36 hours (3 shifts)
Employment Type: Per Diem / Contract
License/Certifications: Valid RN license in Louisiana, BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of ER nursing experience
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $54.31/hour

What You'll Do
Provide direct patient care in the emergency department, utilizing the nursing process.
Assess patient conditions and intervene appropriately in an fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
Document patient care and clinical observations accurately and promptly.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
Use clinical judgment to prioritize patient needs during critical situations.
Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
What You Need
Valid RN license in Louisiana
Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
