What You'll Do
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations.
Perform patient assessments, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Utilize nursing process and data to evaluate and improve patient care processes.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using electronic health records.
What You Need
Required:
Valid RN license in Louisiana
2+ years ER nursing experience
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
Additional certifications in clinical specialties
