What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process in the ER setting
Assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Manage patient documentation and coordinate interdisciplinary team efforts
Respond swiftly to emergencies and critical situations
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
What You Need:
Current Louisiana RN license
2+ years of ER or acute care nursing experience
Current BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Proficiency in computer and software systems
Strong communication, organizational, and judgment skills
