Experience: Minimum 2+ years critical care or emergency room nursing

Pay Rate: $54.31 per hour

What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients during night shifts
Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans using the nursing process
Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding care needs and post-discharge instructions
Document patient care accurately and efficiently using hospital systems
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
What You Need
Current RN license in Louisiana
Minimum of 2 years of ER or critical care nursing experience
Valid BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
