Required Skills:
Valid RN license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in operating room nursing
Proficiency in general orthopedic, trauma, neuro, and robotics surgeries
Must be able to scrub efficiently during procedures
Strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
Certifications such as CNOR or perioperative nursing credentials
Experience with robotic surgical systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Advanced understanding of patient safety practices and infection control
Preferred Education and Experience:
Current RN license with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN/BSN preferred)
At least two years of recent OR experience, particularly in a hospital setting serving adult patients
Other Requirements:
Flexible shift availability, including days and evenings
Ability to work a rotating schedule: 4 8-hour shifts (07:00-15:30, 11:00-19:30, 15:00-23:30) and 4 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:30, 11:00-23:30) biweekly, totaling 80 hours
Monday through Friday schedule with every other weekend required
Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Willingness to adhere to hospital policies and standards
Travel and licensure reimbursements available when applicable
