Join Our Team as an RN – Critical Care (Days)

You will play a vital role in delivering top-tier critical care during day shifts, ensuring patient safety and comfort while advancing your professional expertise.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Current New York State RN Registration
BLS certification with ability to recertify
Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience in an acute care facility of similar size or level, preferably in a Level 1 or 2 trauma setting
Prior experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments with minimal supervision
Professional license and certifications must be in good standing, with no suspensions or investigations
No history of being named as a defendant in a professional liability claim
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Successful passing of pre-employment health clearance, drug screening, and criminal background check
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in trauma centers and with hospital EMR systems beyond EPIC
Additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is advantageous
At least 1.5 years of recent critical care experience in a hospital setting of comparable size or trauma level
Other Requirements:
Work schedule on set days with rotating weekends and some holidays; flexible schedule adherence is essential
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including occasional extended time off arrangements (more than 7 days off may be limited)
