Are you an experienced Registered Nurse passionate about delivering exceptional surgical care in a vibrant community hospital? We are seeking a dedicated RN- Community OR to join our dynamic healthcare team. Required Skills:
Valid RN license with proof of current certification
Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an operating room setting
Proficiency in general orthopedic, trauma, neuro, and robotics surgeries
Ability to scrub effectively during complex procedures
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in community hospital environments
BLS and ACLS certifications
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR)
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN, BSN)
Prior OR experience specifically in multi-specialty settings
At least 2 years of surgical nursing experience with robotics preferred
Other Requirements:
Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts scheduled in a rotating pattern (4 days on / 4 days off)
No call, weekends, or holiday shifts required
Willing to travel or relocate if necessary
