Required Skills:
Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact)
BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
PALS certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
Critical thinking and decision-making capabilities
Basic computer proficiency and technological aptitude
Excellent time management skills
Proven ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in a PICU or pediatric critical care environment
Past exposure to advanced medical technology and equipment
Additional certifications or specialized training related to pediatric care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Less than one year of direct patient care experience (new graduates encouraged to apply with appropriate clinical hours)
Completion of accredited nursing program with clinical coursework
Other Requirements:
Night shift availability: 6:45 pm – 7:15 am
Willingness to obtain required certifications if not already held
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and engage in continuous learning
