Are you a dedicated registered nurse with a passion for oncology care? We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN - Oncology to lead and deliver exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical setting, preferably with oncology patients
Strong knowledge of nursing processes, patient assessment, and care planning
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Leadership abilities and experience in supervising or mentoring staff
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in an oncology-specific clinical area
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Additional certifications such as BLS or ACLS
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred
Proven track record in oncology nursing or related specialized field
Other Requirements:
Willingness to adhere to all compliance, safety, and infection control standards
Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
Availability for a 12-hour shift from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM shift schedule
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $54.31, with competitive benefits including comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
