Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - Operating Room (RN - OR)

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled RN – OR to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional perioperative patient care, utilizing advanced nursing skills and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. Required Skills:
  • Valid RN license in the state of practice
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of 2+ years of operating room experience, including specialization in Ortho, ENT, Plastics, or Robotics (DaVinci experience required)
  • Strong understanding of the Nursing Process and patient care strategies
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Effective communication and delegation skills
  • Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Certification in a clinical specialty area
  • Additional training in perioperative nursing or surgical procedures
  • Fluency in additional languages

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • 2+ years of OR nursing experience with specific surgical specialty background
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to manage interdisciplinary teams

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including exerting up to 50-100 pounds of force occasionally
  • Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials
  • Must adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, regulatory standards, and hospital policies
  • Flexibility to work during the shift hours (12:00 AM - 12:00 AM), with potential for extended or varied hours depending on patient needs

This role offers competitive hourly pay at $61.10, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick leave, and a robust referral bonus program.
