Are you a dedicated RN with specialized perioperative experience seeking a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care? We are looking for skilled OR nurses to join our team, providing exceptional surgical support across diverse specialties including Neuro Spine, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, and Plastics. This position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, utilizing state-of-the-art robotics such as DAVINCI and MAKO. Required Skills:
Valid RN License in the practice state
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating room specialty settings
Certified in DAVINCI ROBOTICS and MAKO ROBOTICS
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong organizational, time management, and delegation skills
Excellent judgment and interpersonal communication abilities
Ability to effectively utilize the nursing process and oversee team resources
Nice to Have Skills:
Additional certifications in specialty areas
Experience in Neuro Spine, Orthopedics, General Surgery, GYN, Ophthalmology, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, or Plastics
Advanced training or certification in perioperative nursing or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Over 2 years of clinical experience in a specialized OR setting
Other Requirements:
Ability to work the 12:00 AM – 12:00 AM shift schedule
Willingness to comply with hospital and regulatory standards regarding safety, infection control, and privacy
Physical capacity to exert exertion (lifting, pushing, and pulling) as necessary
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards relevant to healthcare delivery
