Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the OR team at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced surgical environment. This position requires compliance with all relevant certifications and the willingness to obtain additional certifications as needed. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout.
Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing (or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred) Minimum Experience:
Less than 1 year (new graduates with clinical rotation experience are encouraged to apply) Required Skills:
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Basic computer skills and proficiency in technology to support clinical care
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to emergencies
Excellent time management and critical thinking skills
Ability to practice nursing using evidence-based and analytical approaches
Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
