Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with OR experience to join the team at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Operating Room, with strong proficiency in at least two of the following specialties: Neurology, Orthopedics, or Vascular. The shift is Monday through Friday, 10:45 am to 7:15 pm, with call requirements amounting to 28-32 hours in a 4-week period, never exceeding 40 hours. PALS certification is required, and candidates must be willing to obtain certifications as needed.
Candidates must have a diploma or bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school, with current nursing licensure (single-state or multi-state compact). Critical skills include excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous travel experience is a plus.
