Shift: 06:45 AM – 05:15 PM, four days a week (10-hour shifts) with call responsibilities
Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
Start Date: January 26, 2026
In this vital role, you will deliver expert preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care in a fast-paced surgical setting. Whether managing patient assessments, assisting during procedures, or ensuring post-surgical recovery, your expertise will be essential in ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate patient experiences.
Required Skills:
Current RN license in the state or multi-state (Compact) license
Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong computer literacy and technological proficiency supporting clinical workflows
Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
Critical thinking and ability to respond decisively to emergencies
Effective time management and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience in operating room or perioperative nursing
Prior exposure to Epic EHR systems
Additional certifications relevant to surgical or perioperative care
Flexibility to float to Cobb for training sessions
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (required)
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Less than one year of clinical experience with direct patient care
Other Requirements:
Willingness to obtain certifications if not currently held
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to float to Cobb for additional training
Eligible for licensure in Georgia or multi-state licensure where applicable
