Join Our Team as an RN - NICU
Are you a dedicated registered nurse passionate about neonatal care? We are seeking a highly skilled RN to provide exceptional care in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This critical role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our most vulnerable patients while working within a collaborative, professional environment committed to excellence in nursing.

Required Skills:
Valid Louisiana RN license
Minimum 2 years of pediatric or NICU nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Effective delegation and team leadership abilities
Good judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to assess learning needs and implement appropriate teaching strategies
Knowledge of federal, state, and local healthcare laws and standards
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in a neonatal or pediatric clinical specialty
Additional certifications or advanced training in neonatal nursing
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required
At least 2 years of relevant NICU or pediatric nursing experience in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
Ability to work the 12:00 AM – 12:00 AM shift
Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and prolonged standing
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Willingness to adhere to all safety, compliance, and ethical standards
