Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Proficiency in computer systems, electronic health records, and web-based applications
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to accurately assess patient needs and implement appropriate care plans
Knowledge of nursing process, patient education, and interdisciplinary teamwork
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in a clinical specialty (e.g., ACLS, PALS, PCCN)
Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills
Experience working in a fast-paced hospital or surgical unit
Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
2+ years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience in a healthcare setting
Other Requirements:
Availability to work the shift from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM; flexible scheduling accepted
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Willingness to adhere to all safety, privacy, and compliance standards
Physical ability to perform required duties, including heavy lifting and exposure to biological hazards
