What You’ll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in medical-surgical nursing.
Valid RN license in the state of practice.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association.
Proficiency in electronic health records, clinical software, and web-based applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively educate patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Ability to maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity in a diverse patient care setting.
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
Certifications in specialized clinical areas.
Experience in leadership roles within nursing teams.
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing.
Over 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
Familiarity with current federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards.
Other Requirements:
This position requires working a 12-hour night shift starting 22/12/2025.
Capable of performing physical tasks involving heavy lifting and exertion.
Willingness to work in environments exposing you to blood, body fluids, and potential communicable diseases.
Commitment to maintaining compliance with all healthcare laws, safety standards, and organizational policies.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $54.31, complemented by comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical insurance, paid sick leave, licensure, certification reimbursements, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
