What you'll do:
Provide holistic, patient-centered care using the nursing process aligned with the Nurse Practice Act, ANA standards, and ethical guidelines.
Lead and collaborate with licensed and ancillary team members to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Assess patient needs, implement individualized teaching plans, and evaluate progress.
Delegate effectively, manage resources wisely, and communicate clearly across interdisciplinary teams.
Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, accreditation standards, and safety protocols.
Embrace a culture of continuous improvement and cultural sensitivity in all patient interactions.
Perform other duties as required, supporting the department’s strategic goals.
Required Skills:
Current RN license in the practicing state.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
Proficiency with computer systems, software, and web-based applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks involving heavy lifting and exposure to biological hazards.
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in clinical specialties.
Experience with electronic health records beyond core requirements.
Bilingual communication skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Clinical specialty certifications are a plus.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work the night shift (12-hour shifts), with flexibility to adapt as needed.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
Physical capability for heavy work, including lifting weights up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations regarding exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
Willingness to adhere to all safety, compliance, and privacy protocols.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31
