Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in medical-surgical nursing
Proficiency in computer systems, electronic health records, and web-based applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to diverse audiences
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Nice to Have Skills:
Specialty certifications in clinical areas such as Medical-Surgical Nursing, ACLS, or PALS
Experience in patient education and interdisciplinary team coordination
Bilingual capabilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Proven track record of success in fast-paced clinical environments
Other Requirements:
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including overnight hours, as the shift runs 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM
Willingness to adhere to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting and moving patients or equipment, with reasonable accommodations available if needed
Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31
This position starts on 02/02/2026 and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, medical benefits, referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and reimbursed licensure, certification, and travel expenses where applicable.
