Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 6-week night shift assignment at Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center. The shift runs from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, with flexible days of work and on-call responsibilities based on unit needs. The minimum weekend requirement is every other weekend, and selected candidates will be expected to work at least 2 major and 2 minor holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
Respond promptly to emergencies with professionalism and calmness.
Utilize technology and evidence-based practices to support clinical decision-making.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
Requirements:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in a single state or multi-state compact.
Associate's degree in nursing or higher (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
Less than 1 year of clinical experience.
BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required. Instructor certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Willing to obtain necessary certifications if not already held.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
