Required Skills:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in a single state or multistate compact
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or BLS Instructor certification
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Proficiency with clinical technology and basic computer skills
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies calmly and decisively
Strong time management and critical thinking abilities
Evidence-based nursing practices and analytical skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Prior telehealth or remote nursing experience
Bilingual abilities
Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Less than one year of clinical direct patient care experience requiring clinical hours completion
Other Requirements:
At least 2 major and 2 minor holidays coverage annually
Minimum every other weekend shift availability
Night shift hours from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, various days of the week
Willingness to work on call as per unit needs
Completion of Wellstar cover sheet required for each submission
Certification and licensure reimbursements as applicable
Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
This position offers a competitive hourly rate with comprehensive benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a supportive team ready to assist your success. Enjoy paid sick time according to state, federal, and local laws, along with licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable. Start date: January 19, 2026. The shift spans 19:00 to 07:30, with flexible days of work to suit your schedule.
