Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Proficiency with computer systems, software, and web-based applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities
Sound judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to delegate, coordinate, and lead nursing staff effectively
Commitment to cultural sensitivity and patient privacy
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in a clinical specialty area
Additional advanced certifications relevant to your practice area
Leadership or mentorship experience
Experience with quality improvement initiatives and data analysis
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
At least 2 years of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting
Other Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment that may involve exposure to blood, body fluids, and infectious materials
Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting and moving objects weighing up to 100 pounds
Willingness to comply with healthcare safety standards and regulatory requirements
Flexibility to adapt to changes in patient needs and departmental priorities
