Required Skills:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in a single state or multi-state compact.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; instructor certification preferred.
Proven ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to utilize clinical technology effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies.
Effective time management and critical thinking skills.
Evidence-based nursing practice with analytical capabilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working in fast-paced hospital environments.
Prior experience in acute or critical care settings.
Bilingual abilities considered a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in nursing (ASN) or Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN).
Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience.
Completion of an accredited nursing program with requisite clinical hours.
Other Requirements:
Night shift hours from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM; flexible scheduling including weekends (minimum every other weekend) and holidays (minimum 2 major, 2 minor).
Willingness to work varying days of the week and be on-call as needed.
Must successfully complete and submit a Wellstar cover sheet.
Non-billable hours: 24.
Certifications not in hand must be noted as "Willing to Obtain."
The assignment duration is six weeks commencing on January 19, 2026.
Hourly pay rate of $46.90.
