Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 6-week night shift assignment at Wellstar North Fulton Medical Center. The nurse must be willing to work varying days of the week, including minimum every other weekend, and participate in on-call as needed per unit requirements. The position requires prior Epic experience and the ability to obtain necessary certifications if not already held. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in a minimum of one state, or multi-state compact license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Instructor preferred)
Associate's Degree in Nursing, with Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Less than 1 year of clinical experience or completion of accredited nursing program with required clinical hours
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Proficient in technology use supporting clinical care, with basic computer skills
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and collaboration skills
Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
