What You'll Do:
Utilize the nursing process to deliver safe, effective care to diverse patient populations undergoing interventional radiology procedures.
Assess learning needs and implement patient and family education strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, demonstrating leadership and strong communication skills.
Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, standards, and regulations, ensuring patient privacy and safety.
Stay informed on current federal, state, and local regulatory requirements relevant to your role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the practicing state.
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in radiology or related specialties.
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
Strong organizational, time management, and critical judgment skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in a clinical specialty related to radiology or critical care.
Experience with patient education and team leadership.
Knowledge of healthcare informatics or electronic medical records systems.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in interventional radiology, vascular access, or related fields highly desirable.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work variable shifts, including the '12:00 AM - 12:00 AM' schedule.
Physical ability to perform heavy work, including moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially hazardous materials.
Must have and maintain applicable state licenses and certifications.
Starting on February 6, 2026, this position offers a competitive hourly rate of $71.28, with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and ongoing support from our dedicated team.
