Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of professional nursing experience, with proven proficiency in interventional radiology settings
Competence in conscious sedation, monitoring, and recording all IR procedures
BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Strong organizational, time management, and clinical judgment skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively collaborating within interdisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
Certifications in specialized clinical areas relevant to radiology or vascular access
Experience with patient education and teaching
Familiarity with emerging IR technologies and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Prior experience working nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to be on call as required
Other Requirements:
Ability to handle physical demands, including moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Flexibility to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially hazardous materials
Commitment to compliance with all regulatory standards, including safety, privacy, and confidentiality policies
Availability for the upcoming day shift (8-hour shifts)
This position offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $71.28, along with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, full medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, paid sick time, and travel or licensure reimbursements when applicable.
