Join Our Team as an RN – IDD – Pennsylvania – ICF
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities? We are seeking compassionate and skilled RN professionals to join our team in Pennsylvania, providing essential care within ICF settings. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to impact lives directly, with a balanced schedule that promotes work-life harmony.
In this position, you will primarily support individuals in group homes, delivering quality nursing care while collaborating with a dedicated team. You will enjoy a flexible yet structured work environment, consisting of 8-hour shifts from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday through Friday. Our office is located in Warminster, PA, with approximately 60% of your time spent in-office and 40% visiting group homes. Mileage reimbursement and comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Skills:
Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Case Manager or Visiting Nurse
Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with IDD populations
Knowledge of ICF regulations and standards
Prior experience in home health or community-based settings
Preferred Education and Experience:
Active RN licensure in Pennsylvania
At least two years of direct experience in case management or home visiting nursing
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Other Requirements:
Reliable transportation for field visits
Ability to work Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays
Willingness to uphold all safety and health protocols mandated by law and company policy
Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules
