Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse seeking a meaningful role in Pennsylvania? As an RN - IDD - Pennsylvania - ICF, you will be pivotal in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Your expertise will support independence, enhance quality of life, and foster positive outcomes for those we serve. This role combines in-office collaboration with meaningful field visits, providing a diverse and rewarding work environment.
Required Skills:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Case Manager or Visiting Nurse
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable vehicle for field visits and valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and demonstrate compassion and professionalism
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements pertaining to IDD services
Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
Familiarity with medical documentation and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
At least two years of relevant clinical or case management experience in community or residential settings
Prior experience working with group homes or IDD populations
Other Requirements:
Must be available during scheduled shift hours (09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field visits
Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time to visit group homes within the region
Ability to adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations
