What You Bring:
Valid RN license in the practicing state
Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with proficiency in EPIC documentation
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association
Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification with a 12-month blue card from Crisis Prevention Institute
SCRN certification preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in computer use, software applications, and web-based tools
Sound judgment and excellent interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher
Experience with electronic health records beyond EPIC
Additional certifications in critical care or specialized nursing fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
At least 2 years of ICU nursing experience in a similar setting
Additional Requirements:
Ability to adapt behavior to diverse patient populations, ensuring respect and privacy
Capability to perform physical tasks involving exerting force up to 100 pounds occasionally
Willingness to work in environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
Availability to start on 03/12/2025 for the mid-shift 12-hour schedule
This position offers competitive pay at $54.31 per hour, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, and additional reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and other expenses.
