What You Will Bring:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from your state or Multi-state Compact license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or willingness to obtain
Associate's degree in nursing or graduate of an accredited nursing school with clinical hours
Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
Ability to utilize technology effectively to support clinical care
Excellent time management, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in ICU or critical care settings
BLS Instructor certification
Additional certifications or specialized training related to critical care
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program
Clinical experience in ICU or similar critical care units
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Other Requirements:
Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Flexibility to work various days, including weekends (minimum every other weekend), holidays (minimum 2 major and 2 minor holidays)
On-call availability based on unit needs
Must submit a completed Wellstar cover sheet with application
Willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held
Ability to work in the United States and meet all licensure requirements

Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
