What You Will Bring:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in a single state or multi-state RN license (Compact)
ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; BLS Instructor certification preferred
Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Less than one year of clinical nursing experience, with completion of accredited nursing program and clinical hours
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to emergencies
Effective time management, critical thinking, and evidence-based nursing practice skills
Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM), including weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed
Nice to Have:
Previous ICU experience or familiarity with epic documentation systems
Additional certifications related to critical care
Other Requirements:
Willing to obtain any certifications not currently held
Ability to work varied days and shifts, including weekends and holidays
Must complete and submit a Wellstar cover sheet for each application
