Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse passionate about delivering exceptional ICU care? Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate ICU RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. What You'll Bring:
Current RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS certification required
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills
Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities
Proficiency in utilizing healthcare technology and electronic medical records
Additional Skills That Shine:
Previous ICU or critical care experience
Ability to respond calmly and decisively during emergencies
Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Preferred Education & Experience:
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Less than 1 year of direct patient care experience in an acute setting
Certification in emergency or critical care nursing preferred
Other Requirements:
Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM; flexibility to work varying days, weekends (minimum every other weekend), and holidays (2 major, 2 minor)
Willingness to work on-call as per unit needs
Completion of a well-documented packet indicating willingness to obtain ACLS certification if not in hand
Guaranteed 3-day RTO request limit
Six-week assignment scheduled to start on 01/19/2026
Must possess or be willing to obtain multi-state RN licensure
Certified in CPR (BLS) and ACLS; ACLS is required
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90
