What You’ll Need:
Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
Excellent time management, critical thinking, and clinical judgment
Experience in direct patient care, preferably in ICU settings
Willingness to obtain certifications if not currently held
Preferred Skills:
Epic Electronic Health Records experience
Previous experience in high-acuity units or critical care
Certification in ICU nursing or related specialties
Education & Experience:
Associates Degree in Nursing, Nursing Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
Minimum of 1-year ICU or critical care experience
Additional Requirements:
Night shift availability (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
Willingness to obtain additional certifications if not current
Travel or licensure reimbursements where applicable
RTO requests limited to 3 days
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay rate of $46.90, with a bill rate of $70
Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit
