In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing services, including wound care, IV management, disease education (such as CHF or COPD), catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes—all within a flexible and autonomous home-based setting. Your work will directly impact patient recovery and well-being, offering both challenges and fulfillment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Skills:
Valid Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multi-State Compact license
Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical Nursing or Home Health experience; ICU skills are a plus
Strong critical care nursing skills preferred
Proficiency in computer data entry, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and basic computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare team members and patients
Willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held
Valid Georgia Driver's License and private vehicle insurance
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Epic or 3M systems
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or BLS Instructor
Previous experience with home care or remote patient management
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
At least one year of relevant clinical experience, with an emphasis on critical care or home health
Other Requirements:
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Travel within Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, Cherokee, and Fulton counties
Willingness to obtain necessary certifications and comply with all safety protocols
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $46.90, with benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
