Minimum of 1 year of Medical/Surgical Nursing experience or Home Health background; ICU experience preferred
Strong critical care skills and ability to assess complex patient needs
Proficiency in computer data entry and documentation
Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare team members
Familiarity with Epic, 3M, Word, Excel, and basic computer operation skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with Epic remote systems or home care electronic health records
Wound care management, IV management, catheter insertion, and PICC line dressing changes
Certifications in BLS and additional specialty areas
Preferred Education and Experience:
Graduate of an approved nursing school
Licensure as a registered nurse in Georgia or possessing a valid multi-state compact license
Strong critical care nursing background, ideally with home health or ICU experience
Other Requirements:
Valid Georgia driver’s license or other state license, with private vehicle insurance
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with 40 hours per week
Ability to travel within Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, parts of Cherokee and Fulton counties
Willingness to obtain certifications as needed
