We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Endoscopy to join our renowned healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Coordinate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, delegating tasks appropriately, and managing resources efficiently.
Utilize data to evaluate outcomes and advocate for continuous quality improvement.
Adapt communication and care approaches to respect diverse patient populations and ensure privacy and dignity.
Uphold professionalism and strive for excellence in patient satisfaction and team morale.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in computers, software, and web-based applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interaction.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Knowledge of endoscopic nursing practices and protocols.
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., GI nursing).
Prior experience in endoscopy or outpatient procedural units.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Registered Nurse diploma with an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
Previous experience in endoscopy or similar specialty setting is advantageous.
Other Requirements:
Valid RN license and BLS certification are mandatory.
Willingness to adhere to facility policies, including safety protocols.
Travel or licensing reimbursements may be provided as applicable.
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $57.71, with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a supportive team dedicated to your success. The role is scheduled for a day shift (8 hours), with flexible scheduling options.
