Required Skills
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2+ years of clinical nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Excellent judgment and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams and patients
Nice to Have Skills
Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., Cardiovascular Nursing)
Experience working in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology setting
Bilingual skills or multicultural competency
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Prior experience in electrophysiology or interventional procedures within a hospital setting
Other Requirements
Availability to work a 24-hour shift (Shift: 12:00 AM - 12:00 AM)
Physical ability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
Willingness to adhere to all OSHA and healthcare safety protocols
Compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and hospital policies
Exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases
Occupational risk related to hazardous medications and waste
This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $71.28, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, and additional reimbursements as applicable. Our dedicated team is committed to your success and support throughout your employment.
