Required Skills:
Current RN License in the practicing state
Minimum of 2 years of related nursing experience
Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Effective conflict resolution, sound judgment, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of care management policies, evidence-based care standards, and healthcare regulations
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Healthcare Management (CPHM)
Experience managing diverse patient populations
Familiarity with discharge planning and post-discharge care coordination
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
At least 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting
Other Requirements:
Ability to adapt behavior to various patient populations with sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, and religious diversity
Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements related to healthcare practices
Willingness to work in environments where exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials may occur
Physical ability to perform medium work involving lifting, standing, and moving objects as specified
Shift: 12:00 AM – 12:00 AM (24-hour shift coverage)
Start Date: 03/25/2026
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly Pay Rate: $57.71
